Returns and Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
- Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- For any undelivered/RTO orders, refund is processed only after the product reaches back to our warehouse after confirming the reason from logistics partner.
