Processing Time

Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-4 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will Email/SMS/Whatsapp you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and whatsapp with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information on our website or the courier's website.

Missing or Lost Packages

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled . There may be a delay in delivery of one or two days from the estimated date based on the availability of the item.

Refunds:
